"Where we add beauty to everyday life, and believe 'custom' is for everyone."

Local artists Diane Gee and daughter Rachel Witt aren't your average potters. They love challenges & custom work, and each of their pieces or designs has its own story.

Unlike many potters who specialize in a single 'look & feel, Diane is as much sculptor as potter.  Her work defines "One of a Kind' as she works in porcelain using wheel-thrown, carving, sculpting and hand-building techniques.

She specializes in a limited number of themes each year, and explores them across a broad range of vessels and colors.

Theme pieces are produced in Limited Editions, and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Additional themes can be commissioned for personal or business 'VIP' gifts.

Past themes include:
"Water"  "Flowers"  "Math in Art"  "Music"  "Nature Around Us"  "Peace"
"Impact" (for Purdue Engineering)
"Tulip Tree" for (Purdue Chemical Engineering)

2010 Themes include:
"Flight"  "Water Life"  "Hoosier Heritage"
"21st Century Art Deco"
"Macro & Micro"

Rachel specializes in mosaic work which combines recycled pottery with handmade tiles, glass and other media, as well as other 'green' art.

In addition, you may select from functional and affordable 'Studio Series' pieces, which are produced in small quantities each year, such as "Comfort Mugs," "Berry Bowls," "Lilly-girl" and 'Big Guy' penholders/vase and yarn bowls.

Studio Series include our "Independence Series" of adaptive dishware, custom made for loved ones with special physical needs or challenges.

Choose a beautiful piece from the current selection, or talk with us about a custom piece – which never costs more!

From small personal items like business card holders, to large wall art installations, we will work with you to provide 'Something Special' to brighten your life, or the life of someone special in your life!

"Where we add beauty to everyday life, and believe 'custom' is for everyone."
